• We deliver Free to continental USA for our customers. You will receive a phone call from our Delivery Team to set up delivery day.

  • Some 'delivery day issues can occur no matter how much effort is put into avoiding them. We will always do whatever is fair and humanly possible to
    correct the situation. Please know our goal is to make you a happy and satisfied customer.

  • Your mattress will ship from our manufacturing facility usually in 4-5 working days. Holidays - traffic - weather may delay delivery time - so do not dispose
    of or give your old mattress away until you have a confirmed delivery date.  We do ask that you set aside a time frame on delivery day that is reasonable
    to complete your order.

  • If you are not home we will take the merchandise back at which point you can cancel with a full refund less delivery fees  . You also have the option of
    rescheduling the delivery with a re-delivery fee $50.0  added.

  • Damaged merchandise Don't Panic..... Call our office ( 888-883-7721 ) to notify us that there is a problem.... NOTE THE DAMAGE ON DELIVER RECEIPT.

  • Signing for Delivery without stating any problems on the delivery paperwork will indicate that the item(s) were in good condition after assembly.
    DynamicMattress, our freight carriers, and our suppliers are not responsible for any defects, damages, or blemishes (such as tears, scuffs, or holes) that
    are not noted on the delivery paperwork.

  • DynamicMattress.Com Goes One Step Further with our - Sleep On It No Cost Option - on a damaged mattress at time of delivery

  • You have the option of accepting the merchandise - Noting the damage on your and drivers delivery ticket. This will allow you to have a
    mattress to sleep on. You can use the bed as your own without obligation.

  • Contact our Customer Care Dept. To resolve any of your concerns or call Problem Hot Line 631-458-1583 - we will call back A.S.A.P  ..... We want you to
    be happy and make you a customer for life.

  • If you have a old mattress to sleep on you can send your delivery back and having us bring another mattress to you on the next available delivery day
    with obviously no cost to you. If you cancel your order before a new mattress can be exchanged - delivery charges will be deducted from your refund.

  • Please contact us at CustomerCare@DynamicMattress.Com or Call Toll Free 888-883-7721 if your delivery is being done outside of our office hours
    leave a detailed message. Our office hours are Monday Through Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Eastern Standard Time, we will handle your issue as
    soon as humanly possible. Please use any of the options we offer that you feel comfortable with to solve any delivery problem you have ... We will contact
    you on the next business day to solve your problem - you have total control.

  • White Glove Delivery will include set-up of mattress and foundation on bed frame (light assembly of 60 min.), up ( 2) flights of stairs in needed,
  • placed  inside the room of your choice and all packaging will be taken away. Our delivery team will not be able to move dressers and other furniture at
    time of delivery please have your room prepared for your new mattress set.

  • If your old mattress and foundation must be taken away please choose mattress removal at time of ordering - $75.00 will be charged. This service
    can not be added after your order is shipped or order is at your home.

  • Possible Additional Fees:
  • *Extra Person Charge - Each extra person(s) charge for very large items that may need to be lifted above a staircase railing or go through a window on a
    second floor, etc. There will be an additional $65.00 per delivery or per hour whichever is greater.
  • *Stairs Charge - After the first two floors a $25.00 charge will be applied.

  • Additional delivery charges can be added on Special Purchases if noted on purchase page. Please contact our Customer Care Department for a delivery
    quote for your State.
  • We collect Sales Tax for New York State Only, this will help with any additional delivery charges.
